As we prepare for this blessed month, we invite you to please read through the Ramadan guidelines below to help ensure a smooth, welcoming, and spiritually uplifting Ramadan for our community, insh’Allah.

Ramadan storytime for kids ages 2-7 on every Saturday at 11am at LGIC.
Quran in Action: Two hands-on youth sessions for children ages 8–12, led by Sr. Marya Syed, combining Qur’anic reflection with curiosity and discovery.
Community Service Projects for juniors (ages 8-12) and for youth (ages 13-17).
Quran Circle for girls ages 10-14 with Ust. Lamia Ammar at LGIC on Saturdays at Dhuhr prayer.
Taraweeh Tracker to keep track of your Taraweeh prayers, with this calendar. Kids can bring their calendar to a masjid volunteer to stamp, and receive a reward at the end of the week.
Daily iftars
Location: Saratoga Musalla and LGIC
Dates: Monday – Friday
Our daily iftars at the mosque are open to anyone who may be spending Ramadan on their own or away from family and would appreciate sharing a meal and some company.
Community iftars
Location: Prospect Center
Dates: Feb 28, 2026 and March 7, 2026

Zakat ul-Fitr is $15 for each person in the family.
Your Zakat ul-Fitr contributions are crucial for ensuring all community members can celebrate Eid joyously.
Please contribute at your earliest convenience before Eid to allow for timely distribution.
