Join us Friday June 13th for our next Community Conversations with Ayya Elarka, Psychotherapist & Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker. Together, we’ll explore how our bodies carry wisdom, hold emotional experiences, and offer us valuable cues for self-understanding.
This session will dive into how emotions arise, how trauma can shape our behaviors, and how tuning into our bodies can help us build deeper self-awareness and healing.
