The WVMA community is here for one another in many ways. If you’re in need of financial assistance, please fill out the application below. Once you’ve submitted a complete application, you can expect to hear back within the week. Please make sure applications are complete. By sending an incomplete application or omitting supporting documentation you will add a significant delay to assistance reaching you. Please submit a complete application with all supporting documents. Applications will be reviewed by the WVMA zakat committee and committee may contact you, your references and other mosques in the Bay Area if needed.
Our Dedicated Zakat team works hard to ensure that every dollar donated towards zakat gets spent in the correct way. Our priority at WVMA is to help zakat eligible families and individuals within our local communities. We work hard to make sure the funds and resources get to anyone who needs them in a timely and dignified way.
